PERLAGE – VENETIAN SPARKLING WINE OF EXCELLENCE For over 50 years the AIS National Congress has been a great convention for the world of enology, gastronomy and culture, which it combines typically associative work moments with tastings, guided tours, competitions, conferences, which makes it a real crossroads of meeting and comparison for the many members who participate from all over Italy and for operators. Perlage – Spumanti Veneti d’Eccellenza dedicated to the world of regional sparkling wine which sees the Bollicine del Garda protagonist with an institutional stand, embellished with photos taken by the world-renowned photographer Giò Martorana recorded at the bar, free tastings and tastings guided by Spumanti Garda Doc and with aperitifs and combinations created ad hoc in the typical restaurants of Verona.
